马会论坛鈥檚 School of Nursing has been a designated PAHO/WHO Collaborating Centre since 2008. The Centre has supported health workforce strengthening initiatives being conducted by PAHO and WHO globally, with specific focus in the Caribbean.聽
Mandate: To support PAHO and WHO in building capacity in needs-based health workforce strengthening and planning, aligned with PAHO鈥檚 and WHO鈥檚 Strategic Objective to Strengthen Health Systems.
Terms of Reference (TOR):
TOR1: 聽聽 At the request of PAHO/WHO, the 聽institution will provide technical inputs that inform PAHO/WHO鈥檚 work on health workforce strengthening strategies and policies, including planning and evaluation, as and when requested by PAHO/WHO.
TOR2:聽 聽 At the request of PAHO/WHO,聽the institution will聽support PAHO and WHO on the implementation of global and regional policies and strategies on health workforce strengthening,聽as and when requested by PAHO/WHO.
