Strategies to Help Manage Emotions

This group will focus on skill development of strategies to help manage difficult emotions.

Each week will discuss one of the four main coping skills found to enhance psychological well-being:

  1. mindfulness
  2. interpersonal effectiveness skills
  3. emotion regulation skills
  4. distress tolerance skills

The topics will cycle throughout the year and students may attend as many sessions as they'd like.
